**Finance Business Partner | Northwich | £300 - £400pd | 3 - 6 month contract**

Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the operations, logistics, and procurement teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Be a strategic advisor, partnering with key stakeholders to drive business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Ownership of Accounts: Take charge of the weekly and monthly accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Perform in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
- Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to support budgeting and planning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations to drive financial performance.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor key financial metrics, analyse performance against targets, and provide insights on areas of improvement. Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Financial Insights: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key findings and offering actionable recommendations. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

**About you**
- An ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner within the manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
