- Ensure that all food and beverage operations meet health and safety regulations
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Dealing with booking enquiries
- Ensure opening and closing checks are completed including cashing up
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the dining experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Previous hospitality experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
- Attention to detail
- Barista and cocktail experience an advantage however training can be provided

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
