Qualification Co-ordinator

Multi award winning CES have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has strong organisation skills to work within our ever growing Technical and Compliance department, as a Qualification Coordinator.
In summary, the main function of this role is to ensure we are in receipt of all qualifications required from our workforce. Full training will be provided in what type of qualifications we need to be in receipt of.
**Job role**:
- Coordinate the planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of qualifications including diplomas, manufacturer cards, H&S records, and PAT Testing and where applicable, ensure that they are on date.
- Ensure all operatives have got the support/guidance/training required to proceed with the EEM installation following correct standards.
- Data management.
- Performance and quality measurement within the staff structure.
- Support operatives to ensure they have got adequate support, guidance, and training to deliver their work to the correct standards.
- Build professional relationships with all the departments within the company to ensure the success of the operation.
**Skill set**:
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate and maintain operative qualifications.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving skills.
- Has a proactive and enthusiastic nature, with a high desire to succeed.
- Excellent organisation skills to keep qualification records up to date.
- Has the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage qualification/training.
- Able to work well under pressure.
Hours of work for the role will be Monday - Thursday 0900 - 1700 and Friday 0900 - 1600.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
