NXTGEN have got another brilliant opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a very well-established business based in Dereham. They have seen success year on year which is shown in the way of an extremely rewarding bonus scheme. As Payroll Administrator,you will be working as part of an already established team of Payrollers who all report into the Payroll Manager directly. Your main focus will be ensuring a smooth running of the weekly payroll. This is a rare opportunity where somebody with little payrollexperience can come in and join a close knit team, while learning and adapting to the role. The business has a superb onboarding programme and within this role you will be closely mentored to allow you to become a very knowledgeable payroll clerk, while workingclosely with the payroll manager. Once you're up and running, hybrid working is something that our client knows is important to help sustain a good work/life balance and will look to offer this further down the line. Below is a list of some of the more specificduties that will be expected of you in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Smooth running of the weekly payroll
- Being responsible for numerous payroll databases from start to finish
- Manually entering holiday pay
- Downloading any tax or NI changes from HMRC
- Be in regular communication with all colleagues, from temp staff to SLT
- Ad-hoc finance and payroll duties when required by payroll manager
