**The Service**:
The Building Your Futures team and its Business Support function will embrace change, have a strong and sharp focus on exceptional customer care, and will respond flexibly and effectively to the Stronger Futures agenda and other transformational developments. We are looking to strengthen and develop our 'Going Home' pathway for children who are currently looked after.

**The Role**:
The role is for a Business Support Officer, office-based at Portsmouth Civic Offices. Much of the work will be around supporting the administrative tasks for children and families where we have a plan identified to promote either Life-Long Links or the Going Home pathway (reunification). This is a busy and challenging role, perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to do a worthwhile job.

You will provide high quality administrative support to the Building Your Futures team who provide support for children, young people and families, collating and populating important information relating to the 'Going Home' pathway and 'Life-Long Links', organising reports and taking minutes, preparing information for the Team Leader, dealing with post, telephone enquiries, purchase orders and files.
