If you are looking for a bustling and varied role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.**Hours**:34 per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 0800 - 1800Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom.
- As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and "housekeeping" tasks to ensure to ensure our showroom standards are always met.
- You will also play key part in liaising with our service and sales team to support customer introductions for appointments and walk-ins.
- Our hosts also work closely with the HR department to offer an excellent onboarding experience by welcoming our new starters into the business including the ordering of any equipment.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- A customer centric approach to all interactions is essential, as well the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure as a part of a busy team.
- A high degree of computer literacy with the ability to grasp new systems quickly
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- A good team player who equally can work on their own initiative
