About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BMW Showroom Host. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will be responsible for providing a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for guests visiting the showroom
  • Welcoming visitors, providing information about our services or products and guiding them to their destination
  • Performing a variety of administrative and housekeeping tasks to ensure showroom standards are maintained
  • Ensuring a comfortable and positive experience throughout their visit
  • Offering outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
