**Overview**:

As a data administrator, you would be making sure that day-to-day office tasks run smoothly. So, it’s important that you are organised, accurate and pay close attention to detail.

**Duties: [may include, but not be limited to:]**
- Assisting with administration duties of the Operations Support teams
- Filing and scanning of customer documents and certificates
- Entering and maintaining information in databases using spreadsheets with Excel and Salesforce CRM Database
- Monitoring relevant mailboxes and distribution lists using Outlook and Word
- Providing updates to the Managing Director on a daily basis
- Participating in office meetings and discussions
- Organising and managing staff appointments
- General ad-hoc duties as required

In some jobs you might only do a few of these tasks, and in others you might carry out all the administrative duties in your department.

**Entry requirements:**
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Typical working week:**

You will work on site for four days per week and attend apprentice study day for one day a week (As well as block training when needed). Most site hours are: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.

National apprenticeship living wage applies.

**Future prospects**:
92% of QA Apprentices secure full-time employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
