To assess the solvency and fitness and propriety of all the Appointed Representatives (AR) by investigating and understanding the financial soundness of the AR.
- Competent in understanding and interpreting financial monitoring risk.
- Responsible for analysing and assessing risk and making sound judgement.
- To provide advice & guidance in support of the assessment of an AR ‘fit and properness’ and commercial risk

**This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Swindon office.**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Identifying errors
- Escalate risks to Team Manager if required.
- Checking of Financial Monitoring data in accordance with the AR Financial Monitoring policy ensuring information is accurate and applied to the set quality checking standards.
- The role holder will ensure that they proactively identify trends and feed continuous improvement.
- Identifying and build relationships with AR’s providing advice and guidance as required.
