We recognise the importance of flexibility, so please do tell us what working hours suit your circumstances. Initial training will take place Monday to Friday 5pm to 9pm for 6 weeks.

In this role, you will be handling customer queries from first contact to resolution. Working as part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner through taking the time to understand the needs of each customer. Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries you will ensure timely and accurate resolution of customers’ problems within agreed service levels and targets.

To succeed in this Customer Service Advisor role, you will require the following:

- Positive attitude, motivated mind set and calm under pressure
- Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
- Ability to overcome objections, resilient and calm under pressure
