We are currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer on behalf of our public sector client. You will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive range of clerical, administrative, and reception services.

This is a full-time hybrid role which is mainly office based, with 2 days per week working from home.

Main Duties:

- To provide an effective information service for staff in accordance with policies and procedures
- To contribute to the maintenance of effective communications systems by both receiving and giving accurate messages/information to all levels of staff, the public, and service users
- Undertake a range of clerical and administration duties
- Maintain information systems to provide accurate and timely information as required
- Write minutes for meetings and circulate to the appropriate members of staff

Personal Spec:

- GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
- Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Experience within a clerical, administrative, or reception role
- Confident in use of IT particularly Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take minutes within meetings
- Able to adhere to deadlines
