This is a diverse, varied role for a creative person with fantastic organisation & communication skills.

As our Senior Retoucher & Image Coordinator, you will edit images from portraiture & events to commercial & e-commerce cut outs for our studios & external clients. You will also support image management across our studios sites and workflow; working closely with the studio’s & management teams, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-volume imagery, reviewing assets produced and supporting the team in delivering imagery on time, while maintaining quality. You will need to be confident in coordinating a high-volume workload and building relationships, with a flexible attitude.

37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday with some flexible evening or weekend hours (Permanent Full Time Role). Based in our Swansea offices _- no remote working._
- £20K-£24K DOE plus bonus scheme_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Retouching high volume of images to include batch processing, resizing and cropping.
- Accurately follow detailed retouching notes provided by our studios, clients or Management.
- Responsible for the Q.C. process of images produced by the team to ensure consistency, quality & daily targets are being met
- Responsible for dealing with image queries effectively and efficiently from internal and external teams
- Ensuring assets follow internal guidelines, are formatted and named accurately
- Responsible for communicating any image discrepancies to the relevant teams
- Become an expert on our style guidelines, supporting documentation and updating these where necessary
- Maintaining the quality of imagery, regularly checking galleries to identify and rectify issues
- Supporting team KPIs to ensure seamless image management process
- Understanding of the studio process and the storage of imagery
- Maintain and organise all production assets on our computers

**A bit about you**
- Experienced working in Photoshop & Lightroom with a portfolio to compliment this (such as knowledge of skin editing, skin toning, still life, ghost mannequin, model & Composites)
- A creative eye to support development within the studios
- Experienced working in production or asset coordination
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks, remain focussed and maintain deadlines
- Strong relationship building skills

- Knowledge of retouching techniques
- Knowledge of Mac & graphics tablet & pen

**Desirables**
- Design, Photography or Media related academic background

Competency using Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro and After Effects would be an advantage
