**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Researching and analysing data to gain insights into the client's target audience and develop effective media strategies.
- Creating comprehensive media plans that outline the recommended channels to reach the target audience.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and successful execution of media plans.
- Presenting media plans to clients and providing regular updates on campaign progress.
- Analysing campaign effectiveness and reporting back with actionable insights.

**The skills and experience you'll bring to the team**:

- You'll have proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with biddable media platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok, as well as traditional offline media channels (TV, radio, press, out-of-home).
- You'll have demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated media campaigns.
- You'll be proficient in tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex plans and convey strategic thinking effectively.
