We are seeking a talented Media Planner to join their collaborative team.

**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Crafting Compelling Media Plans: Developing and justifying media plans in collaboration with the creative agency, ensuring they align with client objectives and target audience insights.
- Client Engagement: Presenting and communicating media plans to clients, keeping them informed about the progress and success of campaigns.
- Strategic Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of media campaigns, working closely with the buying team to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Market Research: Staying ahead of industry trends, analysing target audience behaviour, and identifying new opportunities within various media channels.
- Financial Management: Demonstrating financial acumen by managing campaign budgets, negotiating costs, and maximizing profitability on client accounts.

**The experience you'll bring to the team**:

- Media Planning Expertise: You'll ideally possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in media planning and buying, or account management with planning responsibilities.
- Analytical Skills: You'll have a proven ability in analytical and strategic thinking, identifying and solving complex problems through evidence-based research.
- Collaborative Spirit: You'll have strong teamwork and collaboration skills, being able to work effectively with other agency specialists such as Planning, PR, and Paid-for Media.
- Numerical Proficiency: You'll have solid numerical skills to interpret and use complex data and statistics for informed decision-making.
