Electrical/electronics Tutor

SIGTA, a Group Training Association and independent Training Provider, based in Portslade, Brighton, East Sussex, are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Tutor to deliver off-the-job training to small groups of motivated apprentices and other employed individuals. Opportunities exist for full or part time employment.
- A full teaching qualification.
- A good level of general education and qualification passes.
- A minimum level 4 qualification in engineering.
- Engineering industry experience.
- An assessor qualification or willingness to obtain one.
- An internal quality assurance (IQA) qualification or willingness to obtain one.
- A commitment to equality and diversity in education.
- A good understanding of responsibilities in relation to safeguarding and Prevent, including a willingness to undertake periodic refresher training.
- Effective ICT skills.
- The commitment to actively engage in continuous professional development.
- The willingness and ability to travel and work from different locations in Sussex and Surrey.
