As a Senior People Change Partner you will lead on the delivery of the people change projects and cyclical activity, to support the Currys and Business Area People Plans. Balancing the colleague experience with the needs of the customers and shareholders, you will work with relevant stakeholders and People COE’s to design, implement and help embed a wide variety of people change and business initiatives, alongside people cyclical activity, creating a great colleague & line manager experience.

**As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Successfully planning, prioritising, managing, and delivering a number of projects in a complex retail environment, with quickly shifting priorities.
- Working with HR Business Partners and People COE Leads (where appropriate) to scope end to end project requirements
- Act as implementation lead to deliver and embed COE driven activity with business areas (one off projects)
- Ensuring implementation roadmaps are in place, including project team RACI, resourcing, risk mitigation, governance plans and manage project reporting
- Working in collaboration with the HRBP to deliver organisation design projects.
- Facilitating organisation design workshops to lockdown the scope of the future operating model, including future capabilities and change impact assessments.
- Mobilising and leading the people workstream leads to support the implementation stages of project
- Help solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and appropriate rationale
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
- Driving innovative change through gaining and providing feedback & data insights to improve future people initiatives

**Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience required**:

- Previous experience in project management (our preferred approach is Agile project methodology) and management of people change end to end
- Experience of organization design methods and best practice
- Strong organisational and planning skills together with an intelligent, proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships
- Ability to motivate, coach and develop colleagues - with a leadership style which encourages wide participation in decision making.
- CIPD level 7 - desirable
- PROSCI or equivalent business change qualification
