Youth Worker

Pembrokeshire Youth Service are recruiting a youth worker to support the UK Shared Prosperity Funded People & Skills anchor project. The role will be based in County Hall with home working for part of the week acceptable.
The post holder will be required to work on an outreach basis covering the whole of the county so access to a vehicle is essential. The youth service element of UK SPF project is aimed at supporting 16-24 year olds who are struggling to access or sustain their Education, Training or Employment provision.
Applicants should hold a youth work qualification and be able to register with the Education Workforce Council as either a professionally Qualified Youth Worker or Youth Support Worker. Some knowledge of post 16 education or training settings and/or employment services would be advantageous.
