**Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd**

Byddwch yn gweithio fel rhan o dîm y prosiect i brofi prosesau cyllid newydd yn helaeth drwy gofnodi’r holl dystiolaeth brofi a chodi unrhyw faterion gan ddefnyddio DevOps i neilltuo perchnogion y tasgau perthnasol i sicrhau ymchwiliad.

Byddwch yn nodi’r prosesau allweddol sy’n achosi problemau busnes drwy ddadansoddi data tocynnau i greu, cynnal a darparu deunyddiau hyfforddi D365 Finance i ddefnyddwyr newydd a phresennol.

Byddwch yn creu ac yn diweddaru mapiau prosesau cyllid a chanllawiau i ddefnyddwyr Dynamics 365 Finance (D365) yn barhaus, gan ddefnyddio methodoleg SOX i sicrhau bod pob defnyddiwr yn dilyn prosesau penodol i ddarparu adroddiadau ariannol cywir.

Byddwch yn helpu TG i ddatrys y tocynnau a godir gan ddefnyddwyr D365 Finance, gan ddarparu gwybodaeth ariannol i helpu i ddatrys y tocyn yn brydlon.

Rydym yn chwilio am Gyfrifydd Rhannol Gymwys neu rywun sy’n gweithio tuag at ACCA, ACA, CIMA neu sy’n meddu ar radd mewn pwnc sy’n gysylltiedig â chyfrifyddu/cyllid.

**Introduction**

A fantastic opportunity to join Transport for Wales (TfW) as the Finance Transformation Analyst who will support on transformation project and will carry out testing of all D365 Finance upgrades, new processes and resolving of issues in partnership with IT.

**Role responsibilities**

You’ll work as part of the project team to conduct extensive testing of new finance processes by recording all testing evidence and raising any issues using DevOps to assign the relevant task owners to ensure investigation.

You’ll identify the key processes that cause business issues by analysing ticket data to create, maintain and deliver D365 finance training materials to both new and existing users.

You’ll create and continuously update Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance user guides and finance process maps using SOX methodology to ensure all users follow set processes to deliver accurate financial reporting.

You’ll assist IT in resolving tickets raised by D365 finance users, providing financial knowledge to support in resolving the ticket in a timely manner.
