**Job Title**: CEMAR Supervisor

**Location**: Liskeard Office

**Salary**: £27,500 - £32,500 per annum DOE

**Role Purpose**: The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Planning and Logistics with build partner management administration and contract and CEMAR compliance supervision and administration.

**Main Responsibilities**: The CEMAR Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the operational team with CEMAR, contractual management, coordinating Build partner meetings, compiling monthly reporting packs and supervising compliance of the contract and Contract management software.

**Key Activities**:
While duties and responsibilities will vary, they typically include:

- Supervision of the Build partner payment process, ensuring all activities are completed, information is present, and deadlines are met with the necessary approvals.
- Compiling Monthly performance and escalation reports ahead of build partner monthly contract meetings
- Compiling Build Partner monthly performance reports for internal reporting purposes
- Agenda setting and attendance of Build Partner meetings, including minute taking and following up with meeting actions.
- Supervision of CEMAR use including NEC3 response time compliance
- Support of NEC3 contract compliance
- Reporting analytics from CEMAR usage to identify performance and trended data
- Supervision and receipt of contractual reporting and documentation.
- Communications via CEMAR
- Handling Contract escalations in between build partner performance meetings
- Ensuring quality information is passed via CEMAR from build partners and Wildanet
- Support with contract, CEMAR and Build Partner related processes, creation, and implementation
- Liaising with multiple stake holders.
- Establishing positive working relationships with Wildanet Build Partners
- Work with other departments within Wildanet, including but not limited to QS’s, Build Team, PMO team, Project Coordinators, Finance

**Essential Person Specification**

**Knowledge**:

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and use of CRM tools
- An understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of telecommunications (Desirable)
- Knowledge of CEMAR (Desirable)
- Knowledge of NEC3 contracts (Desirable)
- Knowledge of contract management (Desirable)

**Experience**:

- Experience of working to high levels of compliance and attention to detail

- Experience of working with contract management (Desirable)
- Experience of attending and organizing high level meetings (Desirable)
- Experience compiling and communicating high level reporting (Desirable)

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified in English and Maths to a grade ‘C’ or equivalent

**Circumstances**:

- Usual working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, flexible working hours would also be considered
