Part Time Customer Service Advisor & Administrator
Location : Portsmouth
Salary :£21500 starting salary with an opportunity for this to increase to £22000 per annum.
This will be pro rata'd dependant on the hours that you work.
Hours of work: You will be required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and ideally over 3 working days.
Our client can be flexible on the days and hours worked, any time between 8am to 5pm although once the hours have been agreed they will not be changed unless you wish to increase hours.

As a result, we are now supporting them in the recruitment for Customer Service Executives and Administrators This position is a very varied role whereby you manage caseloads andsupport your client with various tasks.
As a Customer Service Advisor & Administrator you will be required to
- Request references both verbally and in writing from clients
- The aim will be to manage cases from start to finish and complete a number of checks for your client.
- To manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- To cross check documents and raise any issues or findings.
- To proofread highly important data
- To priories workloads and be able to work to tight deadlines and SLA agreements
- To upload case files and client information with accuracy to the system
- To chase outstanding documents
- To help the customer with their journey
- To manage any general enquiries
- To complete general administration
The ideal Customer Service Executive / Administrator will have / be.
- Previous customer service experience and pride themselves on going the extra mile.
- Good administration skills and experience
- Will have the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Will be able to multitask.
- Will have good communication skills.
- Will have excellent attention to detail.
- Will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Will be able to retain customer information successfully and follow instruction.
