Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
- Communication with customers & suppliers
- Deal with customer & supplier telephone enquiries
- Maintain records & filing systems
- Use Microsoft Office packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- General administration duties
- Assisting members of staff when required
**Who we are looking for**

- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good IT skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C and above)
- Hardworking

**Hours of Work**
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
**Rate of Pay**
Apprenticeship Minimum Wage (£4.81 per hour)
**Salary**: £4.81 per hour
