We are a rapidly growing plant hire business looking for an experienced professional who is happy to multi-task and likes a varied workload. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative duties associated with a busy office is essential.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide administrative support to management team
- Work flexibly as a member of the team
- Data inputting using our specialist hire system (Syrinx) ensuring accuracy to minimise account queries
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts/records
- Manage vehicle/plant documentation, including vehicle tax, MOTs, Lolers
- Communicate with HGV drivers
- Any other ad hoc duties as necessary

**About you**:

- An excellent communicator and great team player
- The ability to multitask and prioritise within a busy office
- Organised, proactive and confident in dealing with other people
- Computer literate, with strong experience of Microsoft packages
- Good eye for detail
- Experience of Syrinx would be advantageous although training will be given
- Prior experience within an office is desirable

This role has a competitive salary and is based in Ardrishaig with the hours of work being Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
