Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Support Officer to join our Projects and Engagement team within the Council's Roads and Infrastructure service. The role provides support to the whole of Roads and Infrastructure in dealing with correspondence, Freedom of Information requests, complaints, elected member enquiries, community councils, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Projects and Engagement team
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Assist with Freedom of Information requests and complaints
- Support elected members and community councils
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
