PA / Data Entry Clerk

We are currently working with one of our clients based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to work with the Managing Director of a well established company. This position is responsible for data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Part-time - 4 days a week - 3 days in office & 1 day WFH - 20 hours a week

Hours - 12pm - 5pm

Salary - £11 - £12 ph. - Depending on Experience

**Qualifications**:

- MUST HAVE previous experience within Data Entry
- Experience in General Admin
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Knowledge of general office equipment, filing cabinets, and printers/copiers.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and procedures for data entry.
- Knowledge of filing systems preferred.
- General understanding of office equipment, office procedures, and office management.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hemel Hempstead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Data Entry: 1 year (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hemel Hempstead
