This role will be based between our Gatwick, Guildford and London offices and will support our Audit team with all of their resourcing requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that resource requirements are aligned to business needs. The role willinvolve coordination of the joiners and leavers process and ensuring that staffing for all South East audit work is accurately and in a timely manner, planned and tracked on the booking system (Retain), on a rolling 12 month time horizon, in close coordinationwith the audit managers.

You’ll be someone who is comfortable working pro-actively and, managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners. You’ll help deliver accurate and transparentreporting to all relevant stakeholders as you provide long term value.

You'll be someone with;
- IT literate with in MS Office
- PeopleSoft and Retain knowledge useful
- Experience in the professional services industry is advantageous; understanding of the financial audit process also would be a differentiator
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to challenge current processes and implement efficiencies
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and staff
- Ability to work with highly confidential information
- Ability to work to deadlines, and to respond quickly
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
