We are looking for a new recruitment resourcer to add to this ever-expanding team.

**Recruitment Resourcer role**:
Based in lovely offices in Oldbury, duties and responsibilities include:

- Placing adverts on Job Boards and social media
- Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases

**What can I earn as a Recruitment Resourcer**:
The basic salary for the Recruitment Resourcer role is up to £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

**You will also receive a raft of other benefits to include**:

- 30 days holiday (5 days term time holiday allowance)
- Additional day for each year of service (capped 35 days)
- Reduced hours in school holidays (10-4)
- Early finish Friday 4pm

**About You**:

- Minimum one years' recruitment agency experience within the Education Sector OR
- You may be a teacher who wants to get into recruitment within the Education Sector.
- You will be ambitious and a great communicator
- Motivated, resilient and target driven
- A great communicator **that isn't pushy or mainstream sales based**:

- Have a steady work history and can demonstrate success.
- Be keen to learn, and possess a natural ability to think on your feet and work
- under pressure.

You could be right for this Recruitment Resourcer position if you've previously worked as any of the following: ‘Resourcer’ ‘Recruiter’ ‘Recruitment Consultant’ ‘Recruitment Resourcer’ ‘Recruitment Account Manager’ or as a ‘Senior Recruitment Resourcer’.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
