I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant to join one of the fastest growing international manufacturing businesses based in Lichfield (remote working on offer).

Due to the rapid expansion within the business they require a highly competent Senior Management Accountant to join the business within the operational finance team. Although you will be looking after the costing/operations function within a team of 10,you will also be looking for ways in which the business can improve efficiencies within the division, looking to utilise the companies system after recent organic growth and success.

A great opportunity to make a tangible impact on the performance of the business (via effective relationships with budget holders and insightful commercial recommendations based on your analysis of key financial factors).

Ideally, you will:

- Be an established management accounting with a manufacturing background and be able to demonstrate experience of producing management accounts / reports / analysis in a commercial environment;
- Have a strong background as a management accountant, allowing you to efficiently improve reporting / processes and make intelligent and meaningful recommendations
- Have exposure to providing financial support to non-finance people, with proven experience of provision of insightful and detailed finance analysis;
- Have excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and a strong personality (the ability to influence / control internal and external people to maintain workflow and gain required information to meet deadlines is an essential part of therole).
