We are currently looking for a **Mortgage & Protection Case Handler** to join our **Financial Services Team **on a permanent basis.

Based at our **Leeds office,** this **hybrid** full time position is _35 hours a week._
**_We operate a hybrid working model providing a balance of home and office working_**_ _

In terms of what we do, we are an award winning Independent Financial Adviser support group with over 25 years industry experience. We provide a wide range of services that enable us to provide quality financial advice and services to meet the requirements of our clients.

**What you’ll be getting up to in more detail**:

- To provide dedicated support to a select number of Mortgage & Protection Advisors.
- Effectively process a defined workload of pipeline cases to ensure mortgage offers and protection completions take place within agreed timescales.
- Manage cases and diary through The Key, our dedicated point of sale system, ensuring all changes made are accurate and reflect fully the information that has been provided by the customer and third parties, in line the system workflow checklists.
- Consider and highlight any risks to the business when completing daily activities.
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies and represent your area of specialism where required.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with regulatory procedures and policies that are relevant to the role.

- Experience in a mortgage processing role would be advantageous.
- The ability to multitask and mange various priorities.
