Customer Liaison

**Positive Employment** is currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison for our client based in the Barnet, North London area.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Conducting daily welfare calls for existing customers.
- Provide customer references upon request.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved in the time frame provided.
- Obtain Trust Pilot and Google Reviews from existing customers.
- Manage customers that are issued NTQ and ensure that they are out of the property in the time-scale provided.
- Ensure keys are returned by customers who are served NTQ.
- Ensure notes are left on My-globe after making welfare calls to customers.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Ensure Trust-Pilot and Google Reviews are responded to in the time frame provided.
- Ensure spreadsheets are regularly updated regarding customer's reviews.
- On-board new customers and ensure they understand their duties.
- Ensure you select head customer's accordance with process.
- Ensure you manage head customers and process their reports.
- Liaise with the legal team regarding customers going to court.
- When required, move a customer to a different room or property.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have superior customer service skills.
- Have excellent time, planning and project management skills.
- Be able to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms.
- Be resilient.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.

**WORKING HOURS AND RATE**:

- Mon - Fri, 09:00pm - 17:30pm
- Rate: £11.00 P/H
