As a **Travel Coordinato**r based in our Operations team you will hold and be responsible for their own client base. Looking after tours created by the sales team, ensuring that they accurately meet both the customer and supplier expectations. Continually build and improve relationships with our customers and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- In control of all holiday tours from the moment they are sold to our customers until they have travelled, ensuring that all elements of the tour have been booked in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines/response times.
- Timely collation and sharing of information whilst providing individual and respectful attention.
- Checking and sending invoices.
- Building and improving your product knowledge, including attending contracting trips and familiarisation events, when required.
- Demonstrates an ability and desire to coach and mentor new colleagues & provide day to day support to your team

This is a full-time role, initially based in our head office in Larkfield. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
