We are an independent Vineyard and host many weddings and events each year. This is your opportunity to join a great team environment. Your responsibilities will include all the planning stages of each event and to help see those plans come to fruition on the day of the event. You will need to have a can do attitude and the want to provide our clients with the best day of their lives. To fulfil this position you will need to be hard working and have an eye for details within a great environment. Along with the annual salary there is also an annual bonus available..

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day.
- Coordinate and manage the wedding day including the ceremony, reception, and any additional activities.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure that all services are provided as promised.
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event.
- Use of Excel.
- Use of Adobe.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a wedding planner or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for the success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,834.00-£24,545.00 per year
