**About Us**:
At We Supply Marketing, we are currently seeking a talented and motivated SEO & PPC Specialist to join our team and contribute to our clients' success.

As an SEO & PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective SEO and PPC strategies to maximise our clients' online visibility and ROI. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are optimised for performance, delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, and technical SEO.
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough website analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance SEO performance.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, search engine rankings, and PPC campaign performance using various analytics tools.
- Generate and present comprehensive performance reports to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and PPC, continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all content is optimised for search engines and aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SEO & PPC Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns and platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Google Analytics is a plus.
