An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Head Office based in Welwyn Garden City for a Regional Trainer.

**Job Purpose**:
The Regional Trainer will have responsibility for the implementation, co-ordination and delivery of Quantum Care’s Induction Programme and the Workforce Required Learning. Working within the Central Learning and Development Team to support the training provision across a designated portfolio of Homes. Assisting the Head of Learning and Development on specific projects, and acting as a Subject Matter Lead within your own skill-set and where required.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Work within the Central L&D team to deliver the training provision for the company
- Contribute to the creation of training materials, handouts and resources
- Support training delivery for your group of Homes to ensure consistency and compliance
- Co-ordinate the induction and new starter process for your Homes
- Support key trainers within the Homes to deliver consistent and quality
- driven courses
- Evaluate the training experiences of our staff, analyse results and utilise to inform changes / improvements for future delivery
- Provide reports and updates to the Head of Learning and Development as requested

**Skills Knowledge & Experience**:
**Essential**
- Hold the Education & Training Award (EAT) Qualification or equivalent qualification
- Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Evidence of previous regular training delivery
- Ability to present to small and large groups
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Own CPD and Required Learning must be up-to-date
- Car driver / able to travel within the region

**Desirable**
- Experience of working with learning management systems
- Project management skills
- Evidence of strong organisational skills
- Subject matter knowledge in relevant care topics
- to act as a lead within the department
