Technical Instructor - Red Hat Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team and deliver top-tier training to Red Hat clients, internals, and partners. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering 39 days of training per quarter, including travel to client sites across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions from home or at training centres and customer sites throughout EMEA
  • Set up and lead Red Hat Training classes in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Administer Red Hat's certification exams
  • Collaborate with the Red Hat curriculum team for trainer upskilling and new train-the-trainer sessions
  • Continuously enhance your expertise by acquiring additional certifications and preparing tailored training content based on Red Hat courses as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the computer industry as an engineer doing Linux or Unix
  • At least 3 years of experience training or instructing a team
  • Fluent in English plus Spanish and/or Dutch
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification or the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
  • Strong foundation in Linux or UNIX system administration and deployment
  • Exceptional course facilitation and management skills, with a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
