**Location**: Hybrid role based in Edinburgh with 2 - 3 days per week spent working in the office.

We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a **Client Communications Consultant **within 56 Degrees, the workplace marketing team that partners with our largest workplace clients to develop creative, engaging and impactful communications strategies to meet client objectives.

**The role**

The Client Communications Consultant is responsible for supporting the team to deliver excellent member communications for our largest workplace clients. You will be expected to drive efficiency and excellence in delivery, making sure all outputs are delivered to scope and time. You will build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support planning, creation and production of marketing communications and campaigns to time, scope and budget
- Ensure core collateral and content are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities to improve processes across the marketing team
- Ensure the Standard Life brand is accurately represented across all communications produced
- Input into defining project deliverables and resource requirements
- Adopt standards and processes and embed best practice within campaigns and activities
- Project manage delivery of client communication plans and associated deliverables Analyse campaign results and make recommendations to optimise member outcomes

**What are we looking for?**

**Essential**
- Able to engage and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Experience of working as part of a cross-functional project team to deliver a common goal
- Self-organised, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines
- A sound understanding of communication KPIs, measurement tools, assessment methods
- Great work ethic, confidence to express your opinion and share ideas

**Desirable**
- Marketing qualification or experience in a similar role, working as part of a fast-paced communications team
- Experience in the creation and delivery of communications
- Customer service experience
- Experience of working in workplace pensions / financial services industry
