**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Ensuring the Gleneagles & Gleneagles Townhouse purchase ledgers are maintained to the highest standard and all records stored fully in line with compliant policy
- Overseeing the Purchase Ledger team, providing ongoing training, distributing tasks ensuring the team are always consistent in process implementation
- Supporting and assisting with supplier payment runs; taking responsibility for all invoice collecting, recording, matching to purchase orders and distribution for authorisation and payment
- Proactively assisting with all month and year end tasks and procedures
- Working with our travel agents and suppliers; checking statements and commission payments, adhering fully to our policies, reporting discrepancies and ensuring these are thoroughly investigated with successful resolution
- Processing of Concur credit card expenses, overseeing our company gift voucher process and warmly looking after the processing of expenses for our people, expertly using all of our systems
- Building strong working relationships with your colleagues across the estate
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

**The kind of person we're looking for**:

- Currently established in a similar role, you have outstanding experienced in purchase ledger processing, ideally within the Hospitality industry
- No matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, your attitude and approach are always fresh; providing outstanding service is second nature for you
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
