Bookkeeper

Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our client based in Auchterarder to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Managing Director of this owner-managed business, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring that daily financial transactions are processed accurately and on time whilst also providing monthly financial reporting.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

- Purchase ledger processing.
- Sales ledger and basic credit control.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Payroll on a monthly basis.
- Bookkeeping to trial balance stage.
- Preparation of ad-hoc financial information for the Directors.
- Liaison with external accountants at year end.
