**We are currently recruiting for Guest Experience Team Leader to join us at our super-boutique The Londoner hotel.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner hotel as Guest Experience Team Leader.
- As a Guest Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for dealing with guest enquiries pre and post arrival to ensure they have a memorable visit at The Londoner Hotel.
- Leading, coaching and mentoring the team so they achieve and deliver The Londoner standards for the role.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

**About You**:

- Previous hotel reception or guest relation and supervisory experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
