My client, a specialist financial services organisation, have an opportunity for Administrators to join them on a temporary - permanent basis with an immediate start.
- Delivering a professional, personal and helpful approach.
- Entering information captured from calls into present categories within an internal system to be actioned by specialists.
- Carry out basic registrations by entering data sets onto internal systems.
- Organising paperwork and filing, both digital and print.
- Ad hoc tasks when required.
You'll need to be:
- Punctual and reliable.
- Confident speaking to stakeholders on the telephone.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Previous office experience is advantageous, but not a requirement.
The role will be office-based based in Pudsey to start on ASAP working Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5pm. This is an ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent.
Please note: you must be able to pass a credit check to be successful.
