Are you a nurse, midwife or Allied Health Professional who is passionate about improving patient care and staff experience using digital tools and transformation? If so this role is for you. We are looking for a strong clinical leader, easily identifiable, highly visible and accessible to patients, carers and staff.

You will be providing day to day line management support for a team of Digital Nurses and Midwives who are delivering clinical input to the Digital Portfolio of work.

You will provide strong clinical leadership within Digital Services and leading by example, you will driveup standards of care and have the authority to get the essential components of digital health right for patients and staff. You will ensure that staff and patients are treated with dignity and respect and that high standards are maintained throughout the service.

You will be accountable for the efficient and effective operational management of the Clinical ICT non-medical workforce, guaranteeing the provision of high quality, evidence based digital health solutions which will be delivered in hospital, community and outreach settings.

You will also represent the service both internally and externally supporting the Chief Nursing Information Officer with the promotion of our work across our Integrated Care System and beyond.
