You will work for a FMCG giant with a full portfolio of well-known products, working within an exciting up & coming category

Exciting time to join the business with current turnover of £1.3b and aggressive growth plans, they are taking the market by storm and have achieved amazing YoY growth over the past 3 years

**As Technical Manager You Will...**
- Deliver group, customer and category strategy within the site
- Ensure the site meets all legislative and customer standards, including group policies
- Manage comms and relationships with customers and external contacts
- Provide technical expertise to site management team
- Implement appropriate KPI reporting and management review to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and grow on site technical team (recruitment, training and succession planning)
- Ownership of site technical budget - support and delivery of site Profit Improvement Plans (PIPs)

**To Be a Technical Manager You Will Need...**
- 8+ years' experience as a Technical Manager in a fast paced Manufacturing environment
- Proven skills in developing and leading teams
- Proven skills in coaching and mentoring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Food Safety Level 4
- HACCP Level 4
