We are currently looking to recruit a talented **Relocations Consultant** who knows how to cultivate strong customer
relationships for our site in Uxbridge, UK.

**POST DESCRIPTION**
Your responsibilities will include, without being limited to:

- Managing a caseload of relocation files right up to invoicing
- Meet and surpass customer expectations throughout, by listening to the diverse needs of each and every customer, and

providing fast responses to customer enquiries
- Ensure that the assignee is kept up to date during all stages of the relocation process, paying attention to details and

anticipating issues before they occur
- Coordinate the delivery of relocation and destination services, including housing, schooling, local orientation, visa and

immigration, and temporary accommodation
- Regularly report on the progress of files, ensuring that the IT system records are updated and maintained
- Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of relocation services

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
Previous relocation experience is an advantage. You display ownership of your responsibilities, being agile and reactive to
the fast-paced and demanding needs of our global customer base. You are able to communicate with empathy and
diplomacy, understanding the stressful nature of the moving customer. You are independent and self-motivated, being able
to work without supervision. You know how to build trust and reputation of our company inside and outside. You are tech
savvy, and can use tech tools accurately to gain efficiency, and maintain an up-to-date database. You must be exceptional
in, and at ease with, communicating in English (written and oral).
You must be uncompromisingly dedicated to absolute client satisfaction, which will include working long and irregular hours.
