JOB DISCRIPTION

We at Beresford Lodge Care Home are looking for a Maintenance/Gardner person to join our team at our small residential care home.

PURPOSE OF ROLE - to promote and ensure the safety within the setting, ensuring that residents' wellbeing is paramount.

KEY SKILLS - carry out work as required in the home, adhering to all safety procedures, action any maintenance issues raised and prioritise issues that compromise health and safety, care standards and security of the home. Carry out health and safety checks. Use, operate and store all tools, equipment and materials safely and securely to comply with statutory regulations and liaise with management to address issues. Carry out painting work. Be respective, promote dignity and privacy to residents at all times.

**Salary**: £15,124.60 per year
