Looking for a grounds person to do general maintenance all year round. Strim and mow grass in the summer, managing recycling bins and general maintanance, LPG bottle delivery and toilet cleaning. In the winter closed season, the job requires basic plumbing, some basic construction and odd jobs.

Skills required : Keen and willing worker, honest, happy to work in all weathers and by themselves or with others

Requirements: Fit and capable to manually work all day, practical skills and good atittude important.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Seaton, EX12 3AH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
