Office Assistant

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, One Note)
- Strong organisation, good attention to detail and problem solving skills - scheduling and diary management are a key part of the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident speaking over the phone with customers and third-party suppliers
- General administration duties, including but not limited to placing orders, updating customer records and folders, assistance with bookkeeping and filing
- Interest in Interior and Kitchen Design would be preferable
- Other general duties to be completed upon request
We are looking for someone to start on 25-35 hours a week Monday-Friday.
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Radlett WD7 7NQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
