**Job Title: Operations Associate**

**Reports to**:Head of Operations

**Location**:Central London

**Job Purpose**:The main purpose is to support the Head of Operations and Operations Executive in successful delivery and running of the ongoing operational projects. You will also be responsible in managing debt and credit control reporting.

**_MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Assist with the ongoing operational projects, in order to achieve strategic objectives; including but not limited to system improvements e.g. Sitelink, websites, RapidStor, PTI, Bearbox, Beekin etc, Sales Performance improvements, facility improvementsor repairs, cut and carves, Payment processing and Digital store enhancements.
- Assist the Operations Executive on collating data from Senior Management and store teams as necessary to achieve strategic objectives.
- Assist the Operations Executive in delivering training in new systems/processes to the staff.
- Assist the Operations Executive in collating information from Senior Operations team and Facilities in regards to facility condition and repairs or improvements required.
- Troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions with systems and processes.
- Assist the Regional Heads in dealing with complex debtor cases.
- Assist the Legal Team in collating all the necessary information for debt recovery litigation cases.
- Support stores in managing their debt internally and ensure that the debt process is strictly complied with across the stores by conducting regular audits with the Compliance Team.
- Track and report on debt control and work closely with the Regional Heads, providing analytical data on the store debts and compliance against company processes and procedures in order to help manage the debt more effectively.
- Manage the auctioneer process and liaise with Head of Operations for approvals on debt related costs.
- Attend regional meetings on debt, complaints, insurance and security related matters.
- Investigate security breaches alongside RM (including review of CCTV) & Police, and assist with the creation of a chronological timeline of events to provide full details of any security breaches.
- Assist and liaise with any external security contractors on internal findings.
- Liaise with officers to reach a conclusion to the recent incidents, and provide a report on any incidents to the Head of Operations.
- Assist with co-ordinating code changes across the business.
- Work with FM and the Head of Operations to assess and identify any additional security measures that can be implemented to improve security.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Operations and Senior Management as necessary to achieve business objectives.

**_PRE - REQUISITES FOR CANDIDATES_**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data, Finance or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Project Associate/ Operations Associate or similar role is required.
- Multi
- site experience would be advantageous.
- Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Advanced use of Excel and capability to analyse complex data sets.
