**Job description**:
**Our well established client are currently recruiting for an Audit & Accounts Senior to be based in our Salisbury office.**

As an Audit and Accounts Senior working within their Salisbury office, you will be assisting the partners in the management and delivery of statutory audit (80%) and accounts preparation services (20%) for their Owner Managed Business Client portfolio. ‍

**Responsibilities**
- Planning audit assignments, identifying key risks, assessing how to test them, assessing and reviewing the budgets through to completing the audit tests for high-risk areas
- Leading smaller audits, supervising, delegating, and reviewing work of trainees
- Delivering information to clients in a timely manner while displaying in-depth client and industry knowledge
- Monitoring your chargeability and your assignment budgets pro-actively
- Developing specialist sector knowledge and keeping abreast of industry developments ‍

**Experience**

At least 1-2 years of experience in Auditing Experience in supervising and coaching junior members of staff ‍

**Qualifications**:
Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, partly, or fully ACCA/ACA qualified ‍

**Skills**:

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and review skills.
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence. ‍

Although based in the Salisbury office, frequent travel to other offices will be required as well as across-office collaborative work with the audit team.
