Sales Support Administrator

Permanent | Full Time | Office-based

Hours: Monday to Thursday 830-5pm with 1 hour lunch and (Apply online only) on a Friday 1 hour lunch

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as you support various sub-departments and tackle a range of exciting tasks.

Experience: We would like someone who is not afraid to get stuck in, learn as they go along as many of our internal systems are some that people haven't used before, as this role covers sub departments, they will be having a lot of varied activity to get involved with. They need to be able to work in a fast-paced office environment have good priority and time management skills. They must not be afraid to pick up the phone and have a really positive call with our customers, ensuring they are made priority.

Processing of orders and quotations on our in-house system and our online pricing system
Maintain detailed effective communication with other team members across all Company Departments
To provide professional customer liaison within the Company's service level agreement. Monitor all allocated in boxes and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
To assist the customer care department with ticket management
Manage sales leads
Liaising with customers regarding specification of orders and quotations from updates through to sign off and manufacture.
Attend weekly internal sales related meetings.
Scheduling of Orders in line with Production scheduler and allocated factory hours
Update the sales team with available production space.
Liaise with the sales team on orders that are expected to be placed to ensure bulk weeks are fulfilled.
Answering the office phone and maintaining a customer CRM system.
Proactively cover all aspects of the department and sometimes assist in other departments on breaks and/ or absence.
Occasional attendance at trade shows as required.
Help with stationery cupboard and marketing area stock take.
Any other duties that may be required as necessary to meet the needs of the employer's business.If you're ready for a new challenge, this opportunity is not to be missed.
