Leadership: In many settings, Consultants play a leadership role within the medical team. This involves providing clinical guidance, fostering a culture of excellence, and actively participating in departmental meetings and committees.

Patient Advocacy: Advocating for the best interests of your patients is fundamental to your role. This includes ensuring that patients receive timely access to appropriate medical care, advocating for their rights, and promoting patient-centered care principles.
