The role is for a passionate and dedicated Early Careers Teacher wanting to start/progress your career in education. The school want a team player who is a hard working and dedicated to educating children in a small Village Primary school with combine year group classes. 

Role:

As an Early Careers Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to the students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their teaching practice in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Engage with parents and guardians to support student learning and development
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A proactive and reflective approach to professional development
